Privacy Policy of the Crestima application

1. Controller
The operator of the Crestima application is TechGoZone, Company ID 54000157.

2. No account or sign-in required
Crestima does not require users to create an account, register a personal profile or sign in to use the application.
Crestima does not request access to your brokerage account and does not require brokerage passwords, trading credentials, bank-account credentials or payment-card information.
3. Calculator and simulation inputs
Users may enter values such as an initial investment, recurring contribution, investment period, assumed return, inflation, fees, target value, selected assets or portfolio allocation.
These values are calculation parameters used to produce mathematical results and simulations.
They are not investment orders and are not used by Crestima to execute or arrange financial transactions.
4. Application data and saved scenarios
Crestima may store application preferences, selected settings, calculations, portfolio configurations and saved scenarios locally on the user's device where required for application functionality.
Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, locally saved calculation data is not intended to identify the user and is not used to create an investment profile.
5. Historical market data
Crestima may use historical financial information such as market prices, index values, investment returns, dividends, distributions, inflation, exchange rates, volatility and other historical market data.
Historical market information relates to financial markets and financial instruments and is not personal information about the user.
6. Crestima Pro and payments
Purchases of Crestima Pro made through Google Play are processed by Google Play under Google's applicable payment and privacy terms.
Crestima does not receive or store your full payment-card number, card security code or online-banking credentials.
The application may receive technical purchase information necessary to determine whether a Pro purchase or subscription is valid and active.
7. Technical information
Limited technical information may be processed by the operating system, Google Play or other technical service providers where necessary to distribute the application, verify purchases, maintain security or diagnose technical problems.
Such third-party services operate according to their own privacy terms and applicable legal obligations.
8. Purpose of information processing
Information is processed only where necessary to operate calculations and simulations, save application preferences, provide Pro functionality, maintain application security, diagnose technical problems and comply with applicable legal obligations.
9. Sharing of information
Crestima does not sell users' personal information.
Information may be processed by service providers only where necessary to provide technical infrastructure, application distribution, purchase processing, security or other functionality required by the service.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or a lawful request from a competent authority.
10. Data retention and deletion
Data stored locally by Crestima on your device can generally be removed by deleting saved content, clearing the application's local data or uninstalling the application.
Information processed by Google Play or another independent service provider is subject to that provider's applicable retention rules.
Where TechGoZone is required to retain limited information under applicable law, it may be retained only for the period required for that purpose.
11. Your privacy rights
Where applicable under the GDPR, individuals may have the right to request access to personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability or to object to certain processing.
Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.
No electronic system, software or method of data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Children
Crestima is not specifically directed at children.
The application does not require users to provide brokerage credentials, payment-card information or online-banking credentials in order to perform investment calculations.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Crestima's features, technical infrastructure, legal requirements or data-processing practices change.
The current version and effective date will be published on this page.

Historical prices, investment returns, dividends, distributions, inflation, exchange rates, volatility, drawdowns and other historical information describe what happened in the past.
Historical performance cannot guarantee, predict or ensure future investment performance.
Simulations and projected scenarios
Future-value calculations, scenario analyses, probability estimates, Monte Carlo simulations, historical simulations and backtests shown by Crestima are hypothetical mathematical results.
Results depend on the data, assumptions, mathematical models, selected time periods and parameters used in the calculation.
A simulated probability, expected value, median outcome, percentile or projected scenario must not be interpreted as a guarantee, promise or certain prediction of an actual future investment result.
Actual results may be different
Actual investment performance can differ materially from historical or simulated results.
Relevant factors may include market conditions, changes in interest rates, inflation, currency movements, economic events, geopolitical events, taxation, transaction costs, investment fees, liquidity, changes in dividend policy, company-specific events and other circumstances that cannot be predicted with certainty.

No brokerage service
Crestima does not allow users to buy or sell securities through the application and does not forward investment orders to a broker.
No custody of assets
Crestima does not hold, safeguard, receive or transfer users' money, securities, ETFs, shares, cryptocurrencies or other investment assets.
Historical data and accuracy
Crestima aims to use reliable historical information and reasonable calculation methods. However, historical datasets may contain differences caused by methodology, data providers, corporate actions, currency conversion, dividend treatment, index methodology or corrections made to historical records.
Crestima does not guarantee that every market-data value, calculation or simulation will be error-free, complete or suitable for a particular investment decision.
