Zobate jermenice

Zobate jermenice prenašajo vrtenje prek ustreznega zobatega jermena. Število zob določa prestavno razmerje med motorjem in gnano gredjo. Za CNC-stroje, 3D-tiskalnike in druge sisteme gibanja izbirajte po profilu in številu zob, širini jermena ter izvrtini za gred.

Kako izbrati zobato jermenico

Profil in korak zob

Obe jermenici se morata ujemati z jermenom. Profili s podobnimi merami niso nujno zamenljivi.

Število zob

Pri isti pogonski jermenici večja gnana jermenica zniža izhodne vrtljaje, manjša pa jih zviša. Preverite dejansko razmerje.

Širina jermena in prirobnice

Preverite delovno širino in potrebno bočno vodenje jermena.

Pritrditev na gred

Preverite premer izvrtine, mere pesta in način pritrditve glede na gred in razpoložljivi prostor.

Izračun prestavnega razmerja iz vrtljajev motorja

Pri sinhronem pogonu z dvema jermenicama so izhodni vrtljaji enaki vrtljajem motorja, pomnoženim s številom zob pogonske jermenice in deljenim s številom zob gnane. Pogonska jermenica z 20 zobmi in gnana s 60 spremeni 1.500 vrt/min v 500 vrt/min: redukcija 3:1.

Enako razmerje lahko dosežete z več pari. Pred naročilom preverite specifikacije, združljivost jermena, razdaljo med osema, dolžino jermena ter proizvajalčeve omejitve obremenitve in vrtljajev.
