Ozubené remenice

Ozubené remenice prenášajú otáčavý pohyb pomocou zodpovedajúceho ozubeného remeňa. Ich počty zubov určujú prevod medzi motorom a poháňaným hriadeľom. Pre CNC stroje, 3D tlačiarne a ďalšie pohybové systémy vyberajte podľa profilu zubov, počtu zubov, šírky remeňa a otvoru pre hriadeľ.

Ako vybrať správnu ozubenú remenicu

Profil a rozstup zubov

Obe remenice musia zodpovedať remeňu. Profily s podobnými rozmermi nemusia byť vzájomne zameniteľné.

Počet zubov

Pri rovnakej hnacej remenici väčšia poháňaná remenica znižuje výstupné otáčky a menšia ich zvyšuje. Pred výberom dvojice overte skutočný prevod.

Šírka remeňa a bočnice

Skontrolujte pracovnú šírku remenice a potrebné bočné vedenie remeňa.

Upevnenie na hriadeli

Overte priemer otvoru, rozmery náboja a spôsob upevnenia podľa hriadeľa a dostupného montážneho priestoru.

Výpočet prevodu z otáčok motora

Pri synchrónnom pohone s dvoma remenicami sa výstupné otáčky rovnajú otáčkam motora vynásobeným počtom zubov hnacej remenice a vydeleným počtom zubov poháňanej remenice. Hnacia remenica s 20 zubami a poháňaná so 60 zubami zmenia 1 500 ot./min na 500 ot./min: ide o prevod do pomala 3 : 1.

Rovnaký prevod možno dosiahnuť viacerými dvojicami remeníc. Pred objednaním overte špecifikáciu produktu, kompatibilitu remeňa, vzdialenosť osí, dĺžku remeňa a limity zaťaženia a otáčok stanovené výrobcom.
