QKG Precision Grinding Vise, Models QKG63, QKG50, QKG38 - 1.5 to 2.5 Inch (38.1mm to 63.5mm)
Product Description: The QKG Precision Grinding Vise is an ideal tool for high-precision grinding, milling, and tool-making applications. Constructed from durable tool steel, this vise is available in models QKG63-2.5 inch (63.5mm), QKG50-2 inch (50.8mm), and QKG38-1.5 inch (38.1mm). It features a jaw width of 1 inch (25.4mm), jaw opening of 0.8 inch (20.3mm), and jaw depth of 0.8 inch (20.3mm), with a weight of 1.1 lbs (0.5 kg). Engineered with an angular center channel for additional jaw capacity, the vise maintains high accuracy, with parallelism and squareness within 0.0002" (0.005mm). The V-groove design on the movable jaw enables secure clamping, and the jaws can be adjusted without detaching the vise from the work surface.
