BT175 measures key values used in real vehicle diagnostics, including CCA (cold cranking amps), battery voltage, internal resistance, state of charge (SOC) and state of health (SOH / remaining life). It also helps evaluate starting/discharge capability and charging behaviour, which is useful when you suspect weak starts, slow cranking, or charging system issues.
Technical correction: BT175 is intended for lead-acid batteries only. Even though the voltage range covers 8–36V, the tester is not suitable for lithium battery testing.
