Kuggremshjul

Kuggremshjul överför rotation genom en passande kuggrem. Tandantalet bestämmer utväxlingen mellan motor och driven axel. Välj tandprofil, tandantal, rembredd och axelhål för CNC-maskiner, 3D-skrivare och andra rörelsesystem.

Tandprofil och delning

Båda hjulen måste passa remmen. Profiler med liknande mått är inte nödvändigtvis utbytbara.

Antal tänder

Med samma drivande hjul sänker ett större drivet hjul utgående varvtal, medan ett mindre höjer det. Kontrollera den verkliga utväxlingen.

Rembredd och flänsar

Kontrollera arbetsbredden och remmens behov av sidostyrning.

Infästning på axeln

Kontrollera håldiameter, navmått och infästningsmetod mot axeln och tillgängligt utrymme.

Beräkna utväxlingen från motorvarvtalet

I en synkron drift med två hjul är utgående varvtal motorvarvtalet gånger tandantalet på det drivande hjulet, dividerat med tandantalet på det drivna. Ett drivande hjul med 20 tänder och ett drivet med 60 ändrar 1 500 varv/min till 500 varv/min: en reduktion på 3:1.

Flera hjulpar kan ge samma utväxling. Kontrollera före beställning specifikationer, remkompatibilitet, axelavstånd, remlängd samt tillverkarens gränser för belastning och varvtal.
