Зубчатые шкивы

Зубчатые шкивы передают вращение через совместимый зубчатый ремень. Число зубьев определяет передаточное отношение между двигателем и ведомым валом. Для станков с ЧПУ, 3D-принтеров и других систем движения выбирайте по профилю и числу зубьев, ширине ремня и отверстию под вал.

Как выбрать зубчатый шкив

Профиль и шаг зубьев

Оба шкива должны соответствовать ремню. Профили с похожими размерами не обязательно взаимозаменяемы.

Число зубьев

При одинаковом ведущем шкиве больший ведомый шкив снижает выходные обороты, а меньший повышает их. Проверьте фактическое передаточное отношение.

Ширина ремня и бортики

Проверьте рабочую ширину и необходимое боковое направление ремня.

Крепление на валу

Проверьте диаметр отверстия, размеры ступицы и способ крепления с учётом вала и доступного места.

Расчёт передачи по оборотам двигателя

В синхронной передаче с двумя шкивами выходные обороты равны оборотам двигателя, умноженным на число зубьев ведущего шкива и делённым на число зубьев ведомого. Ведущий шкив с 20 зубьями и ведомый с 60 преобразуют 1 500 об/мин в 500 об/мин: понижение 3:1.

Разные пары могут давать одинаковое отношение. Перед заказом проверьте характеристики, совместимость ремня, межосевое расстояние, длину ремня и установленные изготовителем ограничения нагрузки и оборотов.
