Tannreimskiver

Tannreimskiver overfører rotasjon gjennom en passende tannreim. Antall tenner bestemmer utvekslingen mellom motoren og den drevne akselen. Til CNC-maskiner, 3D-skrivere og andre bevegelsessystemer velger du etter tannprofil, tannantall, reimbredde og akselhull.

Tannprofil og deling

Begge skivene må passe til reima. Profiler med lignende mål er ikke nødvendigvis ombyttbare.

Antall tenner

Med samme drivende skive reduserer en større drevet skive utgående turtall, mens en mindre øker det. Kontroller den faktiske utvekslingen.

Reimbredde og flenser

Kontroller arbeidsbredden og nødvendig sideføring av reima.

Festing på akselen

Kontroller hulldiameter, navmål og festemetode mot akselen og tilgjengelig monteringsplass.

Beregn utvekslingen fra motorturtallet

I en synkron drift med to skiver er utgående turtall motorturtallet multiplisert med tannantallet på den drivende skiva, delt på tannantallet på den drevne. En drivende skive med 20 tenner og en drevet med 60 endrer 1 500 o/min til 500 o/min: en reduksjon på 3:1.

Flere skivepar kan gi samme utveksling. Kontroller spesifikasjoner, reimkompatibilitet, akselavstand, reimlengde og produsentens belastnings- og turtallsgrenser før bestilling.
