Pulegge dentate

Le pulegge dentate trasmettono il moto rotatorio tramite una cinghia dentata compatibile. Il numero di denti determina il rapporto tra motore e albero condotto. Per macchine CNC, stampanti 3D e altri sistemi di movimento, confronta profilo, numero di denti, larghezza della cinghia e foro per albero.

Come scegliere una puleggia dentata

Profilo e passo dei denti

Entrambe le pulegge devono corrispondere alla cinghia. Profili con dimensioni simili non sono necessariamente intercambiabili.

Numero di denti

A parità di puleggia motrice, una puleggia condotta più grande riduce i giri in uscita e una più piccola li aumenta. Verifica il rapporto effettivo.

Larghezza della cinghia e flange

Controlla la larghezza utile e la guida laterale necessaria alla cinghia.

Fissaggio all’albero

Verifica diametro del foro, dimensioni del mozzo e metodo di fissaggio rispetto all’albero e allo spazio disponibile.

Calcolare il rapporto dai giri del motore

In una trasmissione sincrona con due pulegge, i giri in uscita sono i giri del motore moltiplicati per i denti della puleggia motrice e divisi per quelli della condotta. Una motrice da 20 denti e una condotta da 60 trasformano 1.500 giri/min in 500 giri/min: una riduzione di 3:1.

Più coppie possono fornire lo stesso rapporto. Prima di ordinare, controlla specifiche, compatibilità della cinghia, interasse, lunghezza della cinghia e limiti di carico e velocità del produttore.
