Who is responsible

What data we use

You provide contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order details, account information and messages. Payment services process payment information. When you visit, Shopify and connected tools may collect IP address, browser/device information, cookie identifiers and usage events. We use only data relevant to the stated purpose.

Purposes and legal bases

Orders, delivery, accounts, returns and related communication: performance of a contract or steps at your request before it. Accounting and statutory duties: legal obligation. Security, fraud prevention and defending claims: legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Optional cookies and marketing: consent where required. Ordering or registering does not automatically consent to marketing. Required order data are needed to fulfil your order.

Who may receive data

We do not sell customer lists or give partners data for their unrelated marketing. Necessary recipients include Shopify and technical providers operating the store, payment providers, carriers and fulfilment partners, and accounting advisers where needed. They receive only data needed for their task. Authorities may receive data when required by law. The optional services below involve separate data processing.

Shopify, analytics and cookies

We use purchase and order metrics to evaluate how the online store works. Measurement may include order value, device information and cookie identifiers. Optional analytics and advertising measurement is subject to consent where required.

Google & YouTube conversion measurement is enabled; enhanced conversions and Customer Match are disabled. The Meta integration currently uses Enhanced sharing, including Meta Pixel, advanced matching and Conversions API. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled and may use customer and activity data across its platform to improve services, personalization and ad targeting. Essential cookies support the cart, checkout and security. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are used with consent where required; manage your choices in the cookie banner. Newsletter and social links

A newsletter subscription is separate from an order or account. Where we send newsletters, it is on the basis of your separate consent; you can unsubscribe using the message link or contact us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing or cancel your account. Following a social-media link opens the relevant provider’s service, whose privacy rules apply there.

How long we keep data

We retain order and communication data while needed for the contract, returns, legal duties and claims within applicable limitation periods. Accounting records subject to the statutory retention duty are kept for 10 years following the relevant year. Account data are retained while the account is maintained and then only for remaining lawful purposes. Consent-based marketing data are used until withdrawal; a minimal opt-out record may remain to respect your choice. Cookie lifetimes vary by provider; retention is reviewed and unnecessary data are deleted or anonymized.

International processing

The store’s Shopify hosting region is the EU, but Shopify, connected services and fulfilment partners may process necessary data outside the EEA. Transfers must meet GDPR requirements, using an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, as applicable.
