Fulii dințate

Fuliile dințate transmit mișcarea de rotație printr-o curea dințată compatibilă. Numărul de dinți determină raportul dintre motor și arborele antrenat. Pentru mașini CNC, imprimante 3D și alte sisteme de mișcare, compară profilul, numărul de dinți, lățimea curelei și alezajul pentru arbore.

Cum alegi o fulie dințată

Profilul și pasul dinților

Ambele fulii trebuie să corespundă curelei. Profilele cu dimensiuni similare nu sunt neapărat interschimbabile.

Numărul de dinți

Cu aceeași fulie conducătoare, o fulie condusă mai mare reduce turația de ieșire, iar una mai mică o mărește. Verifică raportul real.

Lățimea curelei și flanșele

Verifică lățimea utilă și ghidarea laterală necesară curelei.

Fixarea pe arbore

Verifică diametrul alezajului, dimensiunile butucului și metoda de fixare în raport cu arborele și spațiul disponibil.

Calcularea raportului din turația motorului

Într-o transmisie sincronă cu două fulii, turația de ieșire este turația motorului înmulțită cu numărul de dinți al fuliei conducătoare și împărțită la numărul de dinți al celei conduse. Cu 20 și 60 de dinți, 1.500 rot/min devin 500 rot/min: o reducere de 3:1.

Mai multe perechi pot oferi același raport. Înainte de comandă, verifică specificațiile, compatibilitatea curelei, distanța dintre axe, lungimea curelei și limitele de sarcină și turație ale producătorului.
