GT Precision Bench Vise 4" / 5" – High Accuracy Grinding, Milling & EDM Vise
The GT Precision Bench Vise is a high-performance clamping solution engineered for surface grinders, milling machines, EDM and CNC machining centers. Manufactured from carburized and quenched 20CrMnTi alloy tool steel, this vise delivers superior durability, stability and machining accuracy.
With precision accuracy up to 0.005mm, hardened jaws (HRC58–62) and a powerful 3000kg clamping force, the GT vise ensures secure holding of standard and complex workpieces without lifting or deformation.
The high-precision ground guide rail (Ra ≤ 0.8µm) guarantees smooth movement with rail deviation ≤ 0.1mm, maintaining excellent repeatability and parallelism in demanding industrial applications.
