Fogasszíjtárcsák

A fogasszíjtárcsák megfelelő fogasszíjon keresztül viszik át a forgómozgást. Fogszámuk határozza meg a motor és a hajtott tengely közötti áttételt. CNC-gépekhez, 3D nyomtatókhoz és más mozgatórendszerekhez fogprofil, fogszám, szíjszélesség és tengelyfurat alapján válassz.

A megfelelő fogasszíjtárcsa kiválasztása

Fogprofil és osztás

Mindkét tárcsának illeszkednie kell a szíjhoz. A hasonló méretű profilok nem feltétlenül cserélhetők fel.

Fogszám

Azonos hajtó tárcsa mellett a nagyobb hajtott tárcsa csökkenti, a kisebb növeli a kimenő fordulatszámot. Ellenőrizd a tényleges áttételt.

Szíjszélesség és vezetőperemek

Ellenőrizd a hasznos szélességet és a szíj szükséges oldalvezetését.

Rögzítés a tengelyre

A furatátmérőt, az agy méreteit és a rögzítés módját a tengelyhez és a rendelkezésre álló helyhez igazítsd.

Áttételszámítás a motor fordulatszámából

Két tárcsás szinkronhajtásnál a kimenő fordulatszám a motor fordulatszáma szorozva a hajtó tárcsa fogszámával, osztva a hajtott tárcsa fogszámával. A 20 fogú hajtó és a 60 fogú hajtott tárcsa az 1 500 ford/perc értéket 500 ford/perc értékre csökkenti: 3:1 lassító áttétel.

Több tárcsapár is adhat azonos áttételt. Rendelés előtt ellenőrizd a műszaki adatokat, a szíj kompatibilitását, a tengelytávot, a szíjhosszt és a gyártó terhelési és fordulatszám-korlátait.
