Fogasszíjak

A fogasszíjak szinkronban továbbítják a mozgást a megfelelő szíjtárcsák között. Válasszon végtelenített szíjakat CNC gépekhez, 3D nyomtatókhoz, robotikához és más szíjhajtásokhoz, különböző fogprofilokkal, szélességekkel és osztáshosszakkal.

A megfelelő fogasszíj kiválasztása

Fogprofil és fogosztás

mindkettőnek illeszkednie kell a szíjtárcsákhoz. Azonos osztású profilok nem feltétlenül cserélhetők fel.

Szíjszélesség

ellenőrizze a tárcsa hasznos szélességét és a gép követelményeit.

Osztáshossz és fogszám

végtelenített szíjnál az osztáshossz a fogszám és a fogosztás szorzata. Például egy 100 fogú, 2 mm osztású szíj osztáshossza 200 mm.

Szíjkialakítás

ellenőrizze, hogy a kiválasztott változat végtelenített szíj, és az anyaga alkalmas az adott feladatra.

A végtelenített fogasszíj hosszának kiválasztása

Két szíjtárcsás hajtás tervezéséhez a tárcsák fogszámából vagy osztóátmérőjéből és a tengelytávolságból induljon ki. Az osztóátmérő eltér a külső átmérőtől. Hagyjon elegendő állítási lehetőséget a szereléshez és a feszítéshez. Hasonlítsa össze a számított osztáshosszt az elérhető változatokkal.

Rendelés előtt ellenőrizze a szíj teljes specifikációját a gép vagy a tárcsák követelményei alapján. A hossz kiszámítása önmagában nem határozza meg az átvihető terhelést vagy a helyes szíjfeszítést.
