Зъбните ремъчни шайби предават въртеливо движение чрез съвместим зъбен ремък. Броят зъби определя предавателното отношение между двигателя и задвижвания вал. За CNC машини, 3D принтери и други системи за движение избирайте по профил, брой зъби, ширина на ремъка и отвор за вал.

Как да изберете зъбна ремъчна шайба

Профил и стъпка на зъбите

И двете шайби трябва да съответстват на ремъка. Профили с подобни размери не са непременно взаимозаменяеми.

Брой зъби

При една и съща водеща шайба по-голямата водена шайба намалява изходните обороти, а по-малката ги увеличава. Проверете действителното отношение.

Ширина на ремъка и бордове

Проверете работната ширина и необходимото странично водене на ремъка.

Закрепване към вала

Проверете диаметъра на отвора, размерите на главината и закрепването спрямо вала и наличното място.

Изчисляване на предавката от оборотите на двигателя

При синхронна предавка с две шайби изходните обороти са оборотите на двигателя, умножени по броя зъби на водещата шайба и разделени на броя зъби на водената. Водеща шайба с 20 зъба и водена с 60 превръщат 1 500 об/мин в 500 об/мин: редукция 3:1.

Различни двойки могат да осигурят същото отношение. Преди поръчка проверете спецификациите, съвместимостта на ремъка, междуосовото разстояние, дължината на ремъка и ограниченията за натоварване и обороти на производителя.
