QKG25 Precision Mini Grinding Vise 1" – Hardened Tool Steel CNC & EDM Bench Clamp

The QKG25 Precision Mini Vise is a high-accuracy clamping solution engineered for surface grinding, CNC milling, EDM and toolroom applications. Manufactured from hardened 20CrMnTi alloy tool steel, this vise delivers exceptional rigidity, wear resistance and dimensional stability.

With 0.005mm precision (0.0002"), hardened working surfaces (HRC58–62) and precision-ground flatness, this vise ensures square and parallel alignment for demanding machining operations.

Its compact 1" (25mm) jaw width and integrated V-groove design allow secure clamping of both flat and round components, making it ideal for precision parts processing.
