Tandriempoelies

Tandriempoelies brengen draaibeweging over via een bijpassende tandriem. Hun aantallen tanden bepalen de overbrengingsverhouding tussen motor en aangedreven as. Kies voor CNC-machines, 3D-printers en andere bewegingssystemen op tandprofiel, aantal tanden, riembreedte en asboring.

De juiste tandriempoelie kiezen

Tandprofiel en steek

Beide poelies moeten bij de riem passen. Profielen met vergelijkbare afmetingen zijn niet altijd uitwisselbaar.

Aantal tanden

Bij dezelfde aandrijfpoelie verlaagt een grotere aangedreven poelie het uitgangstoerental; een kleinere verhoogt het. Controleer de werkelijke verhouding.

Riembreedte en flenzen

Controleer de werkbreedte en de vereiste zijdelingse riemgeleiding.

Bevestiging op de as

Controleer boringdiameter, naafafmetingen en bevestigingswijze aan de hand van de as en de beschikbare inbouwruimte.

Overbrenging berekenen uit het motortoerental

Bij een synchrone aandrijving met twee poelies is het uitgangstoerental het motortoerental maal het aantal tanden van de aandrijfpoelie, gedeeld door dat van de aangedreven poelie. Een aandrijfpoelie met 20 tanden en een aangedreven poelie met 60 tanden maken van 1.500 omw/min 500 omw/min: een reductie van 3:1.

Verschillende paren kunnen dezelfde verhouding opleveren. Controleer vóór bestelling de specificaties, riemcompatibiliteit, hartafstand, riemlengte en de belastings- en toerentalgrenzen van de fabrikant.
