Hammashihnapyörät

Hammashihnapyörät välittävät pyörimisliikkeen yhteensopivan hammashihnan avulla. Hammasluvut määräävät moottorin ja käytetyn akselin välityssuhteen. Valitse CNC-koneisiin, 3D-tulostimiin ja muihin liikejärjestelmiin hammasprofiilin, hammasluvun, hihnan leveyden ja akselireiän perusteella.

Sopivan hammashihnapyörän valinta

Hammasprofiili ja jako

Molempien pyörien on sovittava hihnaan. Samankokoiset profiilit eivät välttämättä ole keskenään vaihdettavissa.

Hammasluku

Samalla käyttävällä pyörällä suurempi käytetty pyörä pienentää lähtönopeutta ja pienempi kasvattaa sitä. Tarkista todellinen välityssuhde.

Hihnan leveys ja laipat

Tarkista työleveys ja hihnan tarvitsema sivuttaisohjaus.

Kiinnitys akselille

Tarkista reiän halkaisija, navan mitat ja kiinnitystapa akselin sekä asennustilan mukaan.

Välityssuhteen laskeminen moottorin nopeudesta

Kahden pyörän synkronisessa käytössä lähtönopeus on moottorin pyörimisnopeus kerrottuna käyttävän pyörän hammasluvulla ja jaettuna käytetyn pyörän hammasluvulla. Käyttävä 20-hampainen ja käytetty 60-hampainen pyörä muuttavat 1 500 r/min nopeudeksi 500 r/min: alennusvälitys 3:1.

Useat pyöräparit voivat antaa saman välityssuhteen. Tarkista ennen tilausta tuotetiedot, hihnan yhteensopivuus, akseliväli, hihnan pituus sekä valmistajan kuormitus- ja nopeusrajat.
