Hammashihnat

Hammashihnat välittävät liikkeen synkronisesti sopivien hihnapyörien välillä. Tutustu päättymättömiin hihnoihin CNC-koneille, 3D-tulostimille, robotiikkaan ja muihin hihnakäyttöihin. Saatavilla on eri hammasprofiileja, leveyksiä ja jakopituuksia.

TechGoZonen hammashihnaprofiilit

2GT (GT2)HTD 3MHTD 5MHTD 8MS5MT10MXLXLLH

Valikoimaan kuuluvat profiilit 2GT (GT2), HTD 3M, HTD 5M, HTD 8M, S5M, T10, MXL, XL, L, H. Valitse käyttölaitteen vaatima profiili. Tarkista mitat ja materiaali kunkin tuotteen kuvauksesta.

Oikean hammashihnan valinta

Hammasprofiili ja hammasjako

molempien on vastattava hihnapyöriä. Samalla jaolla olevat profiilit eivät välttämättä ole keskenään vaihdettavissa.

Hihnan leveys

tarkista hihnapyörän käyttökelpoinen leveys ja koneen vaatimukset.

Jakopituus ja hampaiden lukumäärä

päättymättömän hihnan jakopituus on hampaiden lukumäärä kerrottuna hammasjaolla. Esimerkiksi 100-hampaisen hihnan jakopituus on 200 mm, kun hammasjako on 2 mm.

Hihnan rakenne

varmista, että valittu vaihtoehto on päättymätön hihna ja sen materiaali sopii käyttökohteeseen.

Päättymättömän hammashihnan pituuden valinta

Kahden hihnapyörän käytön suunnittelussa tarvitaan pyörien hammasluvut tai jakohalkaisijat ja akseliväli. Jakohalkaisija eroaa ulkohalkaisijasta. Varaa riittävä säätövara asennusta ja kiristystä varten. Vertaa laskettua jakopituutta saatavilla oleviin tuotevaihtoehtoihin.

Tarkista ennen tilausta hihnan kaikki tiedot koneen tai hihnapyörien vaatimuksia vasten. Pelkkä pituuslaskelma ei määritä siirrettävää kuormaa eikä oikeaa hihnan kireyttä.
