Οδοντωτές τροχαλίες

Οι οδοντωτές τροχαλίες μεταφέρουν περιστροφική κίνηση μέσω συμβατού οδοντωτού ιμάντα. Ο αριθμός των δοντιών τους καθορίζει τη σχέση μετάδοσης μεταξύ κινητήρα και κινούμενου άξονα. Για μηχανές CNC, εκτυπωτές 3D και άλλα συστήματα κίνησης, επιλέξτε σύμφωνα με το προφίλ, τον αριθμό δοντιών, το πλάτος ιμάντα και την οπή άξονα.

Πώς να επιλέξετε την κατάλληλη οδοντωτή τροχαλία

Προφίλ και βήμα δοντιών

Και οι δύο τροχαλίες πρέπει να ταιριάζουν στον ιμάντα. Προφίλ με παρόμοιες διαστάσεις δεν είναι απαραίτητα εναλλάξιμα.

Αριθμός δοντιών

Με την ίδια κινητήρια τροχαλία, μεγαλύτερη κινούμενη τροχαλία μειώνει τις στροφές εξόδου και μικρότερη τις αυξάνει. Ελέγξτε τη σχέση μετάδοσης.

Πλάτος ιμάντα και φλάντζες

Ελέγξτε το ωφέλιμο πλάτος και την απαιτούμενη πλευρική καθοδήγηση του ιμάντα.

Στερέωση στον άξονα

Ελέγξτε τη διάμετρο οπής, τις διαστάσεις της πλήμνης και τον τρόπο στερέωσης σε σχέση με τον άξονα και τον διαθέσιμο χώρο.

Υπολογισμός μετάδοσης από τις στροφές κινητήρα

Σε σύγχρονη μετάδοση με δύο τροχαλίες, οι στροφές εξόδου ισούνται με τις στροφές κινητήρα επί τον αριθμό δοντιών της κινητήριας τροχαλίας, διαιρεμένες με τον αριθμό δοντιών της κινούμενης. Με 20 δόντια στην κινητήρια και 60 στην κινούμενη, οι 1.500 σ.α.λ. γίνονται 500 σ.α.λ.: μείωση 3:1.

Διαφορετικά ζεύγη τροχαλιών μπορούν να δώσουν την ίδια σχέση. Πριν την παραγγελία, ελέγξτε τις προδιαγραφές, τη συμβατότητα ιμάντα, την απόσταση αξόνων, το μήκος ιμάντα και τα όρια φορτίου και στροφών του κατασκευαστή.
