Tandremsskiver

Tandremsskiver overfører rotation via en passende tandrem. Antallet af tænder bestemmer udvekslingen mellem motor og drevet aksel. Til CNC-maskiner, 3D-printere og andre bevægelsessystemer vælges efter tandprofil, tandantal, rembredde og akselhul.

Tandprofil og deling

Begge skiver skal passe til remmen. Profiler med lignende mål er ikke nødvendigvis udskiftelige.

Antal tænder

Med samme drivende skive sænker en større drevet skive udgangshastigheden, mens en mindre øger den. Kontrollér den faktiske udveksling.

Rembredde og flanger

Kontrollér arbejdsbredden og den nødvendige sideføring af remmen.

Fastgørelse på akslen

Kontrollér huldiameter, navmål og fastgørelse i forhold til akslen og den tilgængelige plads.

Beregn udvekslingen ud fra motorens omdrejningstal

I et synkront drev med to skiver er udgangsomdrejningstallet motorens omdrejningstal gange tandantallet på den drivende skive, divideret med tandantallet på den drevne. En drivende skive med 20 tænder og en drevet med 60 ændrer 1.500 o/min til 500 o/min: en reduktion på 3:1.
